Scope of application
DW15 Air Circuit Breaker or called ACB circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated current 200A to 4000A and rated operating voltage from 380V to 1140V. The ABC circuit breaker is mainly used for power distribution and circuit protection in distribution networks, overload, under voltage and short circuit protection of power equipment.
Under normal conditions, the circuit breaker can be used as infrequent switching of the circuit and infrequent start of the motor.

Normal working conditions
1. The ambient air temperature is -5°C to +40°C and the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric relative humidity does not exceed 50% at ambient air temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity at lower temperatures; monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, at the same time the average minimum temperature of the month is +25°C, and the condensation on the surface of the product due to the temperature change is considered.

5. Main circuit installation category of circuit breaker is IV. The auxiliary circuit installation category except for the undervoltage release coil, the installation category is the same as the main circuit of the breaker, the others are installation category III.

Structure
1. DW15-200, 400, 630 Universal Circuit Breakers The DW15 ACB circuit breaker is a three-dimensional surface layout, and the contact system, the fast electromagnet, the left and right side panels are all mounted on an insulating plate. The upper part is equipped with an arc extinguishing system, and the operating mechanism can be mounted on the front or right side. There are "ON", "OFF" indication and manual off buttons. There is a shunt release at the upper left and an undervoltage release connected to the trip axle at the back. The speed saturation and current transformer are placed on the lower bus. Undervoltage delay devices and thermal relays are respectively below. The product structure is shown in Figure 1. 2. DW15-1600, 2500, 4000 Universal Circuit Breakers The ACB circuit breaker is a three-dimensional layout, contact system, the operating mechanism are installed on the iron frame. There is an arc extinguishing system on the upper part and an operating mechanism on the right. There are "ON", "OFF" indications and manual "open", "close" buttons. The left is equipped with shunt release and undervoltage release. The speed saturation and current transformer are placed on the lower bus. Undervoltage delay devices and thermal relays are installed below. The product structure is shown in Figure 2. 3. DW15C-200, 400, 630 Drawer ACB circuit breaker. The product consists of a breaker body (modified DW15) and a drawer seat. The ACB circuit breaker is equipped with a isolation contact knife, a dual circuit dynamic contact, and a ground contact support rail. The left and right panels of the drawer seat, aluminum brackets, isolation contact bases, dual circuit static contacts, sliders and other components. A push pull operation mechanism at the bottom is composed of an operation handle, a screw, etc.
